What HooBuy says about its Discord
HooBuy's Contact page lists a Discord invite beside its email addresses [id 120]. The web app also links to a Discord community, which we opened on 26 October 2026; we did not verify that its link and the contact page's lead to the same server. The page names two mailboxes: hello@hoobuy.com for customer support and privacy questions, and business@hoobuy.com for business cooperation. We are not printing the invite itself, so you take it from HooBuy's own page. The searches "hoobuy discord" and "discord hoobuy" probably mean this: find the real community link.

HooBuy has one official Discord, linked from its own pages.
How to be sure you are in the official server
Start from hoobuy.com. Use the contact page or the community link in the web app, so the invite comes from HooBuy's own domain. Do not accept an invite from a direct message, a comment under a video, a Telegram post or a spreadsheet row, even if the sender uses HooBuy's logo. HooBuy publishes no verification badge or member count that we could check, and we invent none.
- Type hoobuy.com into the browser yourself; do not follow a search ad.
- Open the contact page or the community link in the web app.
- Join from that link and compare the server name and icon with what the page showed.
- Turn off direct messages from server members in your Discord privacy settings.
- Treat every private message that offers help as unverified.
If the link did not come from hoobuy.com, do not join.
What to use Discord for, and what not to
Use it to catch coupon notices and to ask general questions. HooBuy's help centre says shipping coupons come from special events, the Notices on its site and the official Discord, and asks users to join so they do not miss activities [id 67]. The rules are in HooBuy coupons: shipping coupons, one per parcel, tied to your account, non-transferable, no cash value [id 36, 65, 66]. - Do not share passwords, card data, one-time codes or your CPF.
- Do not pay anyone for a coupon, a "priority" order or a refund.
- Do not follow a "support" direct message; HooBuy lists email, not private chat, as its support address.
- Do not post full order pages; hide your name and address.
One more caution: HooBuy's Ambassador rules say promoting competing platforms costs an ambassador the programme and its benefits [id 122]. We infer that members who recommend HooBuy there could be earning ambassador commission, and that the server may not be neutral about alternatives; we could not check either. Weigh what you read accordingly, check any claim about prices against HooBuy's own estimator, and compare agents on our alternatives page.
Screenshots of other buyers' parcels are anecdotes, not quotes: shipping time, tax and refunds differ by line, country and date, so verify them on the order page before you rely on them.
Use Discord for notices and questions; keep money, passwords and tax IDs out of it.
Discord, Telegram and spreadsheets are different things
HooBuy's Discord is the company's community. A "HooBuy spreadsheet" is a list of item rows that other people share, often through channels on Reddit, Telegram, TikTok or other Discord servers. They are not the same product, and we found no spreadsheet channels in HooBuy's help centre. For French readers: "hoobuy discord fr"
Searches for "hoobuy discord fr" presumably come from French-speaking buyers hoping for a French-language community. HooBuy's help centre mentions one official Discord and no French section, and we did not join to check channel names, so we cannot confirm a French channel exists. Two French terms matter: "avis" (reviews), where Trustpilot's TrustScore was 3.7 from 571 reviews on 26 October 2026, and "frais de livraison" (shipping fees). Do not assume a French channel exists; ask by email and read the reviews.
What Discord cannot do for a stuck order
On our HooBuy status page HooBuy carries the label Hold. Its site worked on 26 October 2026, but between June and September 2026 buyers on Trustpilot and Reclame Aqui reported paid orders stuck at "Purchased" and refunds not arriving, and HooBuy answered 0% of 30 Reclame Aqui complaints from 1 April to 30 September 2026. A Discord post is not a ticket, has no order record. Open a ticket, email hello@hoobuy.com, keep screenshots, and follow the steps on HooBuy support.
