What this table is for
People who hold a HooBuy spreadsheet often need to know whether an agent can take the same row. This page lists every agent we track, with its label on 26 October 2026, so you can see at a glance which ones are open. Each name links to its own page, where the fees, storage, photo rules and link format are set out with their source and date. HooBuy itself is labelled Hold, so this page is about where to go next, not a replacement for reading the terms.
Open does not mean recommended. It means the site answered on the day we looked.

The labels count to 23 Open, 2 Hold, 2 Moved and 4 Closed. Several Open agents, including CSSBuy, JoyaGoo, LoveGoBuy, VigorBuy and LoongBuy, sat behind a bot check on 26 October, so their homepages could not be read in full. We kept their Open label because the site responded, and we say so on each page.

How to read a label
- Open the site loaded and we found no credible closure report.
- Hold mixed or worrying signals. Pay per order, keep nothing in an agent wallet and start with a small first order.
- Moved the brand now runs from another domain or name. Old links may break.
- Closed shut down, offline, or showing a maintenance notice for weeks.
Our definitions are repeated on the about page, which also explains where the dates come from.
A label is a dated snapshot, not a verdict for all time.
Moving a HooBuy row to an open agent
- Find the marketplace address. In the HooBuy link, the number after /product/ tells you the marketplace: 0 is 1688, 1 is Taobao and 2 is Weidian. The item ID follows it.
- Rebuild the original link. Use the link converter to turn the HooBuy link back into the marketplace address.
- Check the live item. Open the item before you move the row, because prices and stock change.
- Pick an Open agent and read its fee page. Compare service fees, storage days and photo rules on that agent's page.
- Send one small order first. Keep the move checklist beside you and pay per order.
The item ID is the part that moves; the agent is only the buyer.
Comparing agents against HooBuy
A simple test is to compare the same item on HooBuy and on an open agent. The HooBuy side is the estimator and service pages read on 26 October 2026. Agent side figures come from each agent's own page and carry their dates. Use the shipping calculator to see HooBuy's line prices for your country before you check another agent's estimator.
Example, not a quote: a ¥180 hoodie, weight 1,000 g, to Germany.
HooBuy's estimator quoted ¥98.20 for 1,000 g on DHL europe package-f1 to Germany on 26 October 2026, which is €14.21 at HooBuy's own rate of ¥6.91 per €1.
Item plus that line: ¥180 + ¥98.20 = ¥278.20, or €40.26 at ¥6.91 per €1, before any agent service fee, declaration fee or EU duty.

What HooBuy buyers ask
What does Open mean in this table?
Open means the agent's website loaded on the check date and we found no credible closure report. It is not an endorsement and says nothing about how fast orders move. Several agents sat behind a bot check on 26 October, so for them Open means only that the site responded. Start with one small order and pay per order.
Why is HooBuy on Hold here too?
Because its site, estimator and item pages worked on 26 October 2026, while Trustpilot reviews from June to September 2026 described paid orders stuck at Purchased and refunds that did not arrive. HooBuy answered 0% of the 30 Reclame Aqui complaints from 1 April to 30 September 2026. Hold is our label for mixed signals, and the evidence is on the HooBuy status page.
Can I move a HooBuy row to any open agent?
Only if the row still contains the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address, or you can rebuild it from the item ID. HooBuy's link wraps that address. Use the link converter to unwrap the HooBuy link, then paste the original into the agent's search box. Rows holding only a short link must be opened first, and some agents do not document their link formats.
Why does the table say some agents moved or closed?
Moved means the brand now runs from another domain or name, so old links break. Closed means the site has been offline or showing a maintenance notice for weeks, such as the hacker notices we recorded. Closed agents are listed so you can rescue an old marketplace link and choose a working agent instead.
How often are these labels checked?
Labels are re-read on each check date shown on the page, most recently 26 October 2026 for reachability. Terms pages were read on 6 October 2026, and some third-party figures are from 5 October. When a label changes, the agent page and this table change together, and the date at the top of this page moves with them.
