Old HubbuyCN rows after the move to hubbuy.com: what broke and what still works

The two dates that ended HubbuyCN

HubbuyCN did not vanish; it changed address. When we read its own homepage on 6 October 2026 it said the platform had been upgraded to Hubbuy at hubbuy.com, that accounts had to be migrated by 30 September 2026, and that "starting October 1, 2026, HubbuyCN will officially cease platform services". That is why this site labels it Moved rather than Closed. On 26 October 2026 hubbuy.com loaded normally.

Moved is not Open. We have not given hubbuy.com an Open label because it is new under that name, our notes record no public reviews for it, and its terms have been read once. If you hold a HooBuy row, which is also on Hold (see the HooBuy status page), neither is a clean choice, so a third agent from the Open list may suit better.

HubbuyCN ended on 1 October 2026 by its own notice; hubbuy.com is its successor, not a copy of the old terms.

Which rows break and which survive

A row that points at the old domain breaks, because the product-link format used there returned a not-found page on hubbuy.com. A row that holds a plain Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address survives, since the marketplace did not change.

The old format comes from a third-party converter output we read on 5 October 2026, not from Hubbuy itself, and our own HooBuy link converter no longer builds Hubbuy links for that reason.

Rescue the address inside the old link; the Hubbuy wrapper around it is what expired.

Pulling the marketplace address out of an old row

1. Copy the whole cell into a text editor, not the browser bar.
2. Find the part after url=. It is the marketplace address with special characters written as percent codes.
3. Decode it (for example, %3A becomes a colon and %2F a slash).
4. Open the result and check the product, options and price against the row; sellers change them.
5. Record old and new links in the move checklist, then paste the new address into an open agent.

Decode once, check the price, then buy where an Open label applies.

Using hubbuy.com for the rescued row

You can paste a rescued address into Hubbuy, but weigh what is confirmed. Its own site states 300 days of storage, against 90 days at HooBuy from the Stored status. HubbuyCN's own site listed free QC, and a third-party note names the operator as HUBBUYCN LIMITED, Hong Kong. Fee, photo count and payment menu are not in our notes, so we do not state them. HubbuyCN's Trustpilot page held 0 reviews on 5 October.

The 300 days cuts both ways. A long window helps if you consolidate a parcel slowly, and it hurts if the agent changes terms again while your goods wait. HubbuyCN just showed how a change can arrive with a 30 September deadline attached. Pay per order, send a parcel soon after inspection, and leave no money in the account.

Hubbuy is a candidate for a small first order, not for stockpiling.

Reading this from Brazil: planilha and the HooBuy question

Many Portuguese searches pair "HooBuy ou Hubbuy" and ask whether an old planilha (spreadsheet) still works. The answer is split. The marketplace items in the planilha still work; the agent links need rebuilding. HooBuy answered 0% of 30 Reclame Aqui complaints from 1 April to 30 September 2026 (read 26 October), which is why we also keep it on Hold. Either way, a CPF tax ID is entered again in a new account, as covered on the customs and tax ID page.

Keep the item, change the agent, and re-enter your tax ID in whichever account you open.

The HooBuy alternatives page compares nine Open agents with stated fees, storage and photos, and the agent pages hub lists every agent we track. For a rescued row, LitBuy and Sugargoo are two Open agents with their terms set out there. Prefer to skip the account? Send the decoded row on WhatsApp through the contact page, and pay per order. Is HubbuyCN the same company as Hubbuy?

Its own homepage presented Hubbuy as an upgrade of the same platform, moving to hubbuy.com, which is how we read the move. A third-party note from 5 October 2026 named the operator as HUBBUYCN LIMITED in Hong Kong. We did not find an ownership statement on hubbuy.com, so treat the continuity as the agent's claim and check the terms again.

Will a HubbuyCN link copied from an old sheet still open?

Not as links. The old product/item?url= format returned a not-found page on hubbuy.com when we tested it on 6 October 2026, and the old domain's services were due to end on 1 October. The marketplace address inside the link is unaffected, so a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 item can still be bought elsewhere once you extract it.

What happened if I missed the 30 September migration deadline?

Our notes do not say. HubbuyCN's homepage gave 30 September 2026 as the account-migration deadline and 1 October as the end of platform services, but we found no text on what happens to accounts that were not migrated. Contact the agent through hubbuy.com and keep any order screenshots. Do not assume goods or funds moved on their own.

Is Hubbuy é confiável, or reliable, compared with HooBuy?

We cannot rate it. HubbuyCN's Trustpilot page showed 0 reviews when we read it on 5 October 2026, so there is no public track record to weigh, while HooBuy has 571 reviews and a 3.7 score with complaint themes from June to September 2026. Both call for paying per order and starting with one small order.

Does Hubbuy really store goods for 300 days?

Its own site states 300 days of storage, which is far longer than HooBuy's 90 days from the Stored status. We could not test it, and a longer window also leaves your goods exposed for longer if the agent changes again, as HubbuyCN just did. Ship parcels as soon as your items are inspected.
