After AllChinaBuy's hack notice: protect your login, salvage the row, choose an agent

Status and facts checked .

Short answer: AllChinaBuy is labelled Closed. Its site showed a maintenance page citing a hacker attack on 18 and 26 October 2026, and rep.tools reported a shutdown in August 2026. Nothing we read says what happened to accounts, balances or stored goods. Change any password you reused elsewhere, pull the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address out of the old row, and rebuy through an Open agent, paying per order.

Items from old sheets to reprice elsewhere

These product photos come from repbuysheet.com, which has 10,000+ products to choose from. Each card opens the product page there with every photo and the price; the set changes each month. Check HooBuy's Hold status before you pay for any of them.

A hacker notice is not a closure notice

AllChinaBuy is the one Closed agent whose public face is a security message rather than a goodbye. On homepage checks on 18 and 26 October 2026 we saw a maintenance page with a hacker-attack notice, and nothing else we could read. A third-party status board, rep.tools, which earns agent affiliate commissions, reported a shutdown in August 2026. Put together, that is enough for a Closed label, but not enough to say why it closed or what became of customer accounts.

For a buyer holding an old spreadsheet, the practical reading is simple: the agent cannot take your order, and the links in the sheet that start at its domain lead nowhere. The goods they pointed to are still on Taobao, Weidian or 1688.

Read the notice as "unavailable and unexplained", not as an invitation to wait.

What we know and what we could not find

QuestionWhat the notes say
Is the site reachable?Maintenance page with hacker-attack notice, 18 and 26 Oct
Was a shutdown reported?Yes, by rep.tools, for Aug 2026 (third-party)
ReviewsTrustpilot 4.1 from 215 reviews, read 5 Oct
Fees, storage, photosNot published in our notes
Balances and stored goodsNo statement found
Link formatNot recorded

Where the notes are empty we do not fill in figures from memory or from other sites. That is why this page has no fee comparison for AllChinaBuy, unlike the pages for agents that still publish terms.

The facts we hold are about status, not terms; nothing here supports a new order.

Secure the login you used

If you had an account, the notice gives a reason to treat that login as exposed, even though our notes do not say what was taken. Four steps cost little:

  1. Change the password on any other site where you used the same one, starting with email.
  2. Use a different password for every new agent account.
  3. Ignore messages that offer to restore your AllChinaBuy account or release stored goods for a fee.
  4. Keep your own records of old orders, tracking numbers and payment receipts.

If you paid by card or PayPal for something that never arrived, ask your provider about its dispute rules. Our notes give no recovery route from AllChinaBuy itself.

Fix reused passwords before you open any new agent account.

Salvaging the item from an old row

The rows that matter are the ones with a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address inside the agent link, or an item ID next to a marketplace name. Open the cell in a text editor and look for those words. If you find an address, test it in a browser and compare the price and sizes with the row; if only an ID is there, the sheet's tab or column may name the marketplace. Log old and new links in the move checklist. Our HooBuy link converter handles HooBuy and agent formats we have recorded; AllChinaBuy is not among them, so decode by hand.

The marketplace address is the asset; everything wrapped around it is replaceable.

Where the rescued row goes, from a French or German address

Readers in France search for avis (reviews) and frais de livraison (delivery costs); readers in Germany for Versandkosten (shipping costs). All three depend on the agent and the line, not on the item. Our HooBuy alternatives page compares nine Open agents on stated fee, storage and photos, and the agent pages hub lists every agent we track. LitBuy and KakoBuy each have their own page.

HooBuy is an option, but it carries a Hold label: it answered 0% of 30 Reclame Aqui complaints between 1 April and 30 September 2026, and buyers on Trustpilot described orders stuck at Purchased (see the HooBuy status page). If you use it, pay per order. If you would rather not open any account, send us the row through the contact page. The HooBuy spreadsheet home page shows how rows are built.

Choose an Open agent, change your passwords, and make the first order small.

What HooBuy buyers ask

Did AllChinaBuy shut down or was it hacked?

Both signals exist and our notes do not link them. Its site displayed a maintenance page with a hacker-attack notice when we checked on 18 and 26 October 2026, and rep.tools, which earns agent affiliate commissions, reported a shutdown in August 2026. We cannot say whether the attack caused the closure, so we use the label Closed and advise no new orders.

Is my AllChinaBuy data safe?

We cannot tell. The notice we saw mentioned a hacker attack, but our notes hold no statement about which data was affected. The cautious step is to assume an email and password pair may be exposed, change that password anywhere you reused it, and watch for unexpected messages. Do not click links in emails that claim to restore your AllChinaBuy account.

How well reviewed was AllChinaBuy?

Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 215 reviews when we read it on 5 October 2026. That is a far smaller base than CNFans' 13,294 reviews, and a review score says nothing about whether the site will return. For comparison, HooBuy had 3.7 from 571 reviews on 26 October, with its newest reviews all 1-star and describing stuck orders.

Can I reuse links from an AllChinaBuy spreadsheet?

Yes, if you extract the marketplace address inside them. We did not record AllChinaBuy's link format, so do not trust a guessed pattern. Look for taobao, weidian or 1688 inside the cell, open that address, check the price and options, and paste it into an Open agent. The agent wrapper itself is the part that no longer works.

Which agent should replace AllChinaBuy for France?

We have no AllChinaBuy-specific line data, so we compare stated terms. Our alternatives page covers nine Open agents; Oopbuy, for example, states no service fee and 90 days of storage. For French delivery, HooBuy's estimator quoted ¥102.80 (€14.88 at HooBuy's rate of ¥6.91 per €1) for 1,000 g on DHL europe package-f1 on 26 October 2026, weight only.
