What we could and could not read on JoyaGoo, the agent once called JoyaBuy

Status and facts checked .

Short answer: A HooBuy row can be bought through JoyaGoo, but we cannot confirm its current terms. Its site sat behind a bot check on 26 October 2026, so our fee, storage and link-format figures are third-party notes from 5 October, not JoyaGoo's own pages. Those notes say 0 commission, 90 days of storage and a 4.6 Trustpilot score. HooBuy is on Hold, so the same caution applies either way.

Rows to try in JoyaGoo's search box

These product photos come from repbuysheet.com, which has 10,000+ products to choose from. Each card opens the product page there with every photo and the price; the set changes each month. Check HooBuy's Hold status before you pay for any of them.

Can a HooBuy row move to JoyaGoo?

In principle yes: a row names a marketplace item, and JoyaGoo buys from the same marketplaces. In practice the evidence is thinner than for the other agents on this site. On 26 October 2026 JoyaGoo's homepage sat behind a bot check, as it had on 18 October, so the page was up but its words were unreadable to us. Our 6 October pass over agents' own terms has no JoyaGoo entry.

That is why every JoyaGoo figure below carries a tag. "3P" means a third-party note from 5 October. Our label for JoyaGoo is Open, which only says the site answered and no credible closure report exists. HooBuy is the one on Hold: its pages worked on 26 October, while reviewers on Trustpilot and Reclame Aqui reported orders frozen at "Purchased" and refunds that never arrived; dates are on the status page.

JoyaGoo is a reasonable second agent to test, with its terms checked by you rather than by us.

The 5 October table also says JoyaGoo was renamed from JoyaBuy on 31 March 2025. We hold no company name for it. Compare that with HooBuy, where three names appear across its footer, help centre and app listing.

Only the last row is certain; every JoyaGoo cell above it needs a check on your screen.

Rescuing a row that still says JoyaBuy

Older spreadsheets use JoyaBuy links, and our labels show JoyaBuy as Moved to JoyaGoo. We link no old domain. Treat such a row as a pointer to a marketplace item: find the item ID inside the link if there is one, or open the seller's page from the row's photo, then rebuild the marketplace address. Our link converter does this for HooBuy links, and the move checklist has a column for the rebuilt address.

Rescue the item, not the old wrapper.

The one JoyaGoo link pattern on record

A third-party link-converter output read on 5 October gives joyagoo.com/product?id=<id>&platform=WEIDIAN. We have seen only the WEIDIAN value; what the site expects for Taobao or 1688 is not in our notes, so we do not guess. Because we could not open JoyaGoo, we did not test this pattern the way we tested a Weidian item at HooBuy on 26 October. The safe route is the same as for any agent:

  1. Decode the HooBuy link by reading its marketplace digit and keeping the ID.
  2. Open the marketplace page and note title and yuan price.
  3. Search that address inside JoyaGoo and compare the price it shows.

Search with the marketplace address; use the pattern only as a cross-check.

Reading a 4.6 next to a 3.7

JoyaGoo's 2,922 reviews are about five times HooBuy's 571, and a larger sample is harder to move. Still, we did not read JoyaGoo's newest reviews, and review counts say nothing about stuck orders that nobody reported. For HooBuy, 29% of reviews are one-star, and the newest we saw were all one-star, dated 27 July to 15 September 2026. Read both pages by newest first. Separately, Joybuy is JD.com's European retail shop, and our notes show no link between it and JoyaGoo; it has its own Joybuy page.

A high score is a reason to test JoyaGoo, not to skip the small first order.

Where this leaves a Hold-era buyer

If the order is already paid at HooBuy, finish it. For new rows, JoyaGoo and the other agents in HooBuy alternatives are options; LitBuy publishes terms we could read. Your address, not the agent, sets the tax: import VAT plus the July 2026 duty of €3 per tariff category in Germany, Italy and France, and a CPF in Brazil. If you want to skip an account, our contact page explains the WhatsApp route. The agent hub lists more agents, and the HooBuy spreadsheet home page has the rows.

Move new rows, finish paid ones, and verify JoyaGoo's terms yourself.

What HooBuy buyers ask

Which JoyaGoo facts could you not confirm on 26 October?

All of its own terms. JoyaGoo's homepage returned a bot-check page, so we could not read its fee, storage, photo or payment pages, and we did not read them on 6 October either. What we hold is a third-party table from 5 October. Treat each figure as a claim to verify on your own screen before paying.

Does a bot-check page mean JoyaGoo is closed?

No. A bot check means the server answered and wanted proof of a human visitor, so the site was up but its content was unreadable to our browser. We saw the same on 18 October. We would not call it down. We cannot tell from outside whether you will see the same page, so test in your own browser.

How does JoyaGoo's 4.6 Trustpilot score compare with HooBuy's 3.7?

On 5 October 2026 JoyaGoo showed 4.6 from 2,922 reviews, while HooBuy showed 3.7 from 571 on 26 October, with 29% one-star. The gap is real but is not proof of safety: scores say little about your order, and we did not read JoyaGoo's recent one-star reviews. Open the page and sort by newest.

Can I paste a HooBuy link into JoyaGoo's search box?

Not as it is. A HooBuy address only opens inside HooBuy, and the digit after product is a marketplace code only HooBuy uses (2 for Weidian, 1 for Taobao, 0 for 1688). Take the item ID, rebuild the marketplace address, and search that. The only JoyaGoo address pattern we hold is third-party and covers Weidian alone.

What should a first JoyaGoo order look like while its terms are unreadable?

Make it one inexpensive item, paid per order, with screenshots of the fee, storage and photo pages as you see them that day. Ship it as soon as it is stored instead of using the 90 days a third-party table lists. A small parcel tests payment, QC photos, packing and tracking before any larger row.
