Sugargoo for a HooBuy row: a fee page with no service fee, a packing charge and seven free photos

Status and facts checked .

Short answer: Sugargoo can take a HooBuy row. Its fee page, read on 6 October 2026, lists item cost plus shipping with no service fee, and adds a ¥8 packing charge per parcel; its Free Service page lists 7 free photos (5+2). Its homepage was reachable on 26 October. Storage of 100 days and the link format are third-party figures. HooBuy is on Hold, so pay per order.

Sugargoo's record for a moved row

A HooBuy row names a marketplace item, and Sugargoo buys from the same marketplaces. The site answered on 26 October 2026 and showed a Halloween event on 18 October. Open on our scale means reachable, with no credible closure report. The other side of the comparison is on the HooBuy status page, which sets out why HooBuy is on Hold: reviews from June to September 2026 about orders frozen at "Purchased" and unpaid refunds, plus 30 Reclame Aqui complaints (1 April to 30 September) that HooBuy answered 0% of.

Sugargoo's own review page is not a clean bill either: Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 641 reviews on 6 October, the newest dated 16 September. HooBuy showed 3.7 from 571 on 26 October. Neither score settles anything alone, so use the small first order.

Sugargoo is a reasonable test agent; its fee page is the clearest thing it offers.

Packing and photo sums

Take a ¥180 sweater, an example price, sent in two parcels, converting at the two rates HooBuy publishes, ¥6.04 to the dollar and ¥6.91 to the euro.

Packing, two parcels: 2 x ¥8 = ¥16, or $2.65 (€2.32)

If the 5% in one source applied: 180 x 0.05 = ¥9, or $1.49

Four more photos at HooBuy's ¥1: 4 x ¥1 = ¥4, or €0.58, to reach seven

The last line is a rough comparison, since HooBuy's standard and detailed photos are different services. Combine items into one parcel and the packing charge falls to ¥8, which suits the habit of ordering several rows at once.

At Sugargoo the charges that surface are ¥8 per parcel; the 5% reading is not on its fee page.

Moving the row

Pull the marketplace digit and item ID out of the HooBuy link, then rebuild the marketplace address with the link converter. The third-party Sugargoo pattern puts that address, encoded, after productLink=; because we did not test it, paste the plain address into Sugargoo's search box and compare title and yuan price. Log both links in the move checklist.

Search with the plain marketplace address and treat the encoded pattern as a cross-check.

What changes for Germany, Italy, Brazil, the US and France

We hold no Sugargoo line prices. One baseline from HooBuy's estimator: ¥163.30 ($27.04 at its rate) for 1,000 g to the US on the Us direct line small packet-f, read 26 October 2026 by weight, with billing by volume possibly higher. Your address, not the agent, decides the taxes: VAT of 19% in Germany, 22% in Italy and 20% in France, the €3-per-category duty added in July 2026, and a CPF tax ID for Brazil. For the US, the old $800 duty-free limit ended in 2025, and HooBuy's help article still lists it. The HooBuy shipping page has the other line quotes.

Duty follows your address; ask Sugargoo for a quote at the same weight before moving.

When HooBuy stays the better home for a row

Finish orders that are paid, and ship stored goods inside HooBuy's 90 days. If photo count matters most, Sugargoo's seven beats HooBuy's three; if a documented storage window matters, look at KakoBuy. Our contact page shows the WhatsApp route if you would rather skip a new account. More choices sit in the alternatives table and the agent hub, and the HooBuy spreadsheet home page lists rows.

Pay per order wherever the row lands.

What HooBuy buyers ask

Is Sugargoo's seven-photo promise per item or per parcel?

Our notes do not say. Sugargoo's Free Service page, read 6 October 2026, lists 7 free photos as 5 plus 2, and a third-party table from 5 October describes them as per parcel. Those two descriptions do not clearly agree, and ask Sugargoo's support what the seven covers before you count on them.

Why do sources disagree about a Sugargoo service fee?

Sugargoo's own fee page says item cost plus shipping and no service fee, which is what we rely on. A 5 October table notes that sources split between about 5% and none, and we did not find the page behind 5%. On a ¥180 item, 5% would be ¥9. Check the line items on your own order screen before paying.

What would two packed parcels cost in Sugargoo's packing charge?

Two parcels cost 2 x ¥8 = ¥16, which converts to $2.65 or €2.32 at HooBuy's own rates (¥6.04 and ¥6.91). That is per parcel, not per item, so a combined parcel pays it once. HooBuy shows a similar figure: its customs declaration is generally ¥8, and its shipping example adds 8 RMB per parcel.

Did you test the Sugargoo link pattern you list?

No. The pattern, sugargoo.com/#/home/productDetail?productLink= followed by an encoded marketplace link, came from a third-party converter output on 5 October 2026. Sugargoo's homepage loaded on 26 October, but we did not open an item through it, unlike the Weidian item we opened at HooBuy that day. Paste the marketplace address into Sugargoo's search instead.

Is Sugargoo's 100-day storage figure official?

Not as far as we can show. The 100 days comes from a third-party table read on 5 October 2026, and we did not read Sugargoo's own storage page on 6 October. HooBuy's free window is 90 days, from its Stored status, then goods are destroyed. If storage length matters, confirm Sugargoo's number on its help page and date your screenshot.
