LoongBuy as a spare for a HooBuy row
LoongBuy sits in our Open group because its site answered on 26 October 2026 and no credible report of a closure turned up. Answered is the limit: the reply was a Cloudflare block page, and our browser could not read the content. A HooBuy row names a marketplace listing, which a spare agent can buy in principle; which marketplaces LoongBuy supports is not in our notes. How it handles the order is something we cannot tell you.
A spare makes sense because HooBuy carries our Hold label: it responded on 26 October 2026, while complaint sites show paid orders parked at "Purchased" and refunds missing between June and September. See HooBuy status. Replacing one uncertain agent with a half-readable one only helps if you keep the stakes low.

For HooBuy the equivalent facts are readable: 90 days of storage from the Stored status, detailed photos at ¥1 each and a fee position that contradicts itself. A table where only two of seven lines are official tells you how much weight to put on LoongBuy's other lines.

Trustpilot showed 3.2 stars from nine reviews on 5 October 2026. HooBuy's page read 3.7 from 571 on 26 October, with 29% of its reviews at one star and its newest all dated between 27 July and 15 September 2026. Nine reviews cannot carry a verdict in either direction. - Open LoongBuy in your own browser and read its fee, storage and refund pages. Screenshot them with the date.
- Order one low-value item, not the whole row list.
- Check that QC photos arrive and match the listing.
- Submit one small parcel and note the tracking.
- Only then move a second row.

Its site answered with a Cloudflare block page on 26 October 2026, and on 18 October too, which means a server replied but refused our headless browser. That is different from an outage or a closure notice, and we found no closure report. We cannot tell you what its pages say today, so read them in your own browser before you pay.
Does LoongBuy charge a service fee?
A third-party source says it charges no agent service fee; we could not read LoongBuy's own fee page on 26 October 2026 or confirm the claim from an official page. HooBuy's pages state both no fee and, in its registration agreement, 8% on goods and on shipping. Assume nothing: screenshot the cost lines on your cart before you pay.
How many photos and how many days of storage does LoongBuy give?
A third-party table from 5 October 2026 gives 3 to 6 QC photos and 90 days of storage. We could not confirm either on its own pages. HooBuy's help centre gives usually 3 standard photos and 90 days from the Stored status. If a photo count or storage limit matters to you, ask LoongBuy support in writing.
Does LoongBuy have an app?
Its pages list an iOS app dated July 2026 and an Android app, per our reading on 6 October 2026. HooBuy's listings name a different developer, Levermore, with 4.7 stars from 27 ratings in the US App Store and 2.6 stars from 199 reviews on Google Play. An app is not proof of reliability, and neither store rating is a substitute for recent reviews.
Is nine reviews enough to judge LoongBuy?
No. Trustpilot showed 3.2 stars from nine reviews on 5 October 2026, so one more review would move the average noticeably. HooBuy had 571 reviews on 26 October 2026 and a visible run of one-star complaints from June to September. More evidence exists for HooBuy and it is worse, which is why LoongBuy stays a spare.
