Can MyCNBox take the same row a HooBuy sheet points to?
Yes. A HooBuy row holds a marketplace item, and MyCNBox buys from the same marketplaces. It opened normally on 26 October 2026 and no credible closure report exists, which gives it our Open label, short of an endorsement. A first order is reasonable if kept small.
The reason to look elsewhere is on the HooBuy status page. HooBuy's site worked on 26 October, yet Trustpilot and Reclame Aqui reviewers wrote that paid orders stayed at "Purchased" for weeks from June into September 2026. MyCNBox stands out from other open agents in how it checks goods.
MyCNBox can take the row; its difference is the inspection, not the price.
A short clip against HooBuy's ¥15 video
MyCNBox states 4 photos plus a video of about 15 seconds. HooBuy's help centre says it "usually provides 3 standard photos" from fixed angles, and its order form sells extras: ¥1 per detailed photo (the help centre allows 20, the form caps at 10), a QC video at ¥15, a QC picture set at ¥8 and "fine inspection" at ¥5. Neither agent tests fit; HooBuy's inspectors check colour, size, large damage and stains, and electronics get no power-on test.

That is the cost you would avoid on three rows if MyCNBox's clip carries no charge, which we could not confirm from the page text we hold. A clip helps with zips, shoe soles and bags that photos hide. It will not tell you whether a jacket fits, so check the measurements in the row against your own.
Pay the ¥15 only when a clip would change your decision, at either agent.

Paying without parking money
iDEAL is a Dutch bank-transfer method, Klarna a deferred-payment provider, and Apple Pay and Google Pay wrap a card. Their presence on MyCNBox's list matters mainly for buyers without a card they like to use abroad. Whatever the menu, pay for each order and each parcel as you place it, and keep nothing in the agent account. HooBuy's help pages describe paying into an account balance; we suggest paying per order instead, and on Hold that matters more. Compare HooBuy payment methods for its side.

Moving the row in four steps
A HooBuy link carries a platform digit and then the item number; HooBuy's code reads 0 for 1688, 1 for Taobao and 2 for Weidian. MyCNBox's address format is not recorded in our notes.
- Write down the digit and the item number from the HooBuy address.
- Open that item on its marketplace and check the title and yuan price against your row.
- Give MyCNBox the marketplace address, logged in through a web address you typed yourself.
- Review the price and options it displays, then pay.

Two company names and what to check in Europe and Brazil
MyCNBox names HK LINCBUY CO., LIMITED and LINCBUY LTD (UK) on its own pages. Customs sets the tax whichever agent you use: German import VAT is 19%, Italian 22% and French 20%, from the first euro, and since 1 July 2026 a temporary €3 duty applies to each tariff category in parcels worth up to €150. HooBuy sells a QC video at ¥15 per item, one per item. Confirm on MyCNBox's order screen that the clip carries no extra charge before paying.
Does MyCNBox accept iDEAL and Klarna for a buyer in Germany?
Its own pages, read on 6 October 2026, list Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and iDEAL. They do not say which options appear for a German billing address, so look at the checkout screen. HooBuy's help centre names only cards, WeChat and Alipay, though its app listing also mentions PayPal.
How did MyCNBox's 4.8 Trustpilot score compare with HooBuy's 3.7?

Who runs MyCNBox, and does it matter?
MyCNBox's own pages name HK LINCBUY CO., LIMITED and a UK company, LINCBUY LTD. Two named entities are more than some agents give, but we did not verify either registration. HooBuy's pages, by comparison, show a London company, a Hong Kong company and an app developer called Levermore, so names alone settle little.
Should I move rows I have already paid for at HooBuy?
No: nothing in HooBuy's help centre describes moving a paid order to another agent; the options are shipping it, a return within its 5-day window or a ticket. Free storage runs 90 days from Stored. Move only rows you have not paid for, and for paid ones that are stuck at Purchased, open a ticket and keep screenshots of the order page.
