What to send

  1. The row: a HooBuy link, the original marketplace link, or a screenshot.
  2. Size, colour and quantity.
  3. Your country, so the quote includes the right shipping line.
  4. For several items, one message with the list, so we can quote a single parcel.

Before you write

What we can't do

We are an independent site, not HooBuy. We can't look up, cancel or refund a HooBuy order; for that use HooBuy's own support routes, which the HooBuy support guide lists. If an order of yours is stuck, the HooBuy status page explains what other buyers reported and what to keep as evidence.

We never ask for your HooBuy password, card details in chat or payment into a balance. If someone using our name asks for any of that, it isn't us.
