Spreadsheets of Taobao, Weidian and 1688 finds often wrap every item in a HooBuy link. This site helps the person holding one of those sheets decide two things: whether a given row is still worth buying through HooBuy, and how to move the same row to another agent when it isn't. Where HooBuy's own articles disagree, for example on whether it charges an 8% platform fee, the pages say so and give both article numbers. Third-party figures carry their source's name and, where it applies, a note that the source earns agent commissions. What the status labels mean
- Open the site loaded on the check date and we found no credible closure report. It is not an endorsement.
- Hold conflicting or worrying signals. Pay per order, keep nothing in the agent's wallet, start with a small order.
- Moved the brand moved to another domain; old links break.
- Closed shut down, offline or showing a maintenance notice for weeks.

What HooBuy buyers ask
Is hoobuy-spreadsheet.com run by HooBuy?
No. The site is independent and has no business relationship with HooBuy, which is operated by HYPERLAB TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED according to its own footer. We read HooBuy's public pages like any buyer can, and we quote its help-centre article numbers so you can check our reading against the original. Anything HooBuy says about itself is labelled as its claim, not presented as our finding.
Why does this site label HooBuy Hold?
Because the signals pointed both ways on 26 October 2026. HooBuy's site, estimator and item pages worked, yet Trustpilot reviews from June to September 2026 described paid orders stuck at Purchased, and HooBuy answered 0% of 30 Reclame Aqui complaints from April to September. Hold means you can still use it carefully: pay per order and start small.
How often are the facts checked?
Every HooBuy number on the site was read on 26 October 2026 and each page shows its own check date. Agent terms come from a read of their official pages on 6 October 2026, and agent reachability from a browser check on 26 October 2026. When we repeat a check, the date on the affected pages changes along with the figures.
Do you earn money from the agent links?
The site does not take commissions from HooBuy or any agent mentioned here, and no page is paid placement. Income comes from our own WhatsApp buying service, where you send a link and pay per order. That is why the site can say plainly when HooBuy's own pages contradict each other or when another agent fits a row better.
How do I report a wrong number?
Send the page address and the figure you think is wrong through the WhatsApp chat on the contact page, ideally with a screenshot of the source. We compare it with HooBuy's current page, and if the source has changed we update the figure and the check date. Prices quoted by HooBuy's estimator change with carriers, so a different price today is not always an error.
